Employer Responsibilities
As a host employer, your role is to:
- Provide a supportive workplace and meaningful admin-based tasks
- Nominate a supervisor or workplace contact
- Allow time for structured training (typically one day per week or equivalent)
- Provide day-to-day guidance as the trainee builds confidence
Trainee Benefits
On completion of the 12 month program, trainees with gain a nationally recognised qualification in a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business. As well as gaining practical, real-world experience throughout their training journey.
