Established back in 1982 in Gippsland, AGA has grown into one of Australia's leading providers of employment and training services. From humble beginnings, we've expanded our reach across Victoria and South Australia, touching countless lives along the way.

For over four decades, we've been champions of workforce solutions, forging strong partnerships with governments at all levels. We deliver the Transition to Work program which is designed to equip young people aged 15 to 24 with the practical skills they need to land their dream jobs. As an Apprentice Employment Service (AES), we're not just about finding jobs — we're about nurturing talent and offering ongoing support through mentorship programs. Our commitment to excellence extends to our pre-apprenticeship training, ensuring apprentices and trainees kickstart their careers on the right foot.

Plus, as an Apprentice Employment Service (AES), we offer a diverse range of accredited and tailored training programs. From Apprenticeships to Traineeships, short courses to licensing, Vocational Education and Training Delivered to School Students (VDSS), we're here to help you gain the training and employment support you need to thrive in your chosen field.
