Our business is structured into three specialist teams, each bringing deep expertise, strong local connections and a genuine commitment to the people we support.

Apprentice & Employment Services (AES)

Our Apprentice & Employment Services team works closely with apprentices, trainees and employers to create successful, long‑term employment outcomes.

This team is made up of dedicated administration and support staff, alongside experienced Apprentice and Employment Consultants. Often working in the field, our consultants build strong, trusted relationships with employers and apprentices alike, providing guidance, mentoring and practical support every step of the way.

From recruitment and placement through to ongoing support, the AES team ensures both apprentices and employers have the tools, advice and confidence they need to succeed.

Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we’re here to support learners at every stage of their journey,  from enrolment through to employment. Our focus is on delivering high‑quality, industry‑relevant training that builds real‑world skills and confidence.

Our dedicated RTO team includes friendly enrolment and support staff, along with experienced Trainers and Assessors who are experts in their fields. Our trainers come from a wide range of industries, including traditional trades, early childhood education and education support, bringing practical, hands‑on experience into every course. This means students learn skills that are directly aligned with today’s workplace expectations.

We offer a range of training options designed to suit different learners and career goals, including:

• VET Delivered in Secondary Schools (VDSS) programs, and
• Flexible online delivery qualifications
• Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs

We also deliver Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training for electricians, supporting learners to maintain skills, accreditation and compliance throughout their careers.

Our trainers are committed to creating supportive, engaging learning environments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and excellence in everything they deliver.

Transition to Work (TTW)

Our Transition to Work team supports young people aged 15–24 through the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia contract.

Based across Melbourne’s North- Eastern suburbs, the TTW team are friendly, supportive group of youth‑focused workers who genuinely enjoy working alongside young people. The team brings together a wide range of skills and local knowledge and works closely together to help young people build confidence, grow job‑ready skills, and take positive steps toward work, training or further study.

The team uses a trauma‑informed, culturally safe and strengths‑based approach, meeting young people where they’re at and recognising their strengths and potential. TTW is committed to inclusivity, providing a welcoming and respectful environment where all young people feel safe, heard and valued.

With a strong understanding of the local community and the challenges young people may face, the team provides personalised, wrap‑around support, walking alongside each young person to help them reach their goals in a way that works for them
