How AGA Supports Your Business
- On-Site Training: Trainers visit your workplace every 4 to 6 weeks for 2–3 hours, providing hands-on training and assessment tailored to the progress of apprentices and trainees.
- Online Support: Between visits, apprentices and trainees work through activities and tasks using our online portal, with support available by phone and email.
- Employer Involvement: Employers are required to provide scheduled paid time for apprentices and trainees to work on their studies, ensuring they can balance work and training effectively.
