Certificate II in Community Services (CHC22015) / Partial Completion of Certificate III in Business (BSB30120)

This qualification serves as a pathway into the workforce as a community services worker, supporting individuals as a first point of contact and assisting with immediate needs. Work is carried out under regular supervision and within clearly defined guidelines.

Our 2-year program provides a combination of theory and practical experience to set you up for success. You’ll take part in term excursions to a variety of community businesses, develop cross-functional skills to boost your employability across different industries and explore future pathways in health, business, education support and more. Plus, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in your community.

After completing our program, you’ll be job-ready with a Nationally Recognised Qualification, equipped with valuable skills and hands-on experience and prepared for further study or direct entry into the workforce. Take the first step towards a rewarding and meaningful career.
