Management to Keep your Business Growing

We understand that retaining good employees is crucial for the success of your business, but it can be hard to meet their needs while also running a business. That's why our Group Training Organisation (GTO) is here to help you do it all!

How it works:

Our team handles all their management, retention, performance and apprentice and trainee wellbeing through best practice systems — all you have to do is run your business. You remain the legal employer of your apprentice or trainee while getting access to our management expertise.

Our tailored services include:

An Australian Apprenticeship Support Services provider to complete the training contract
We notify the State Training Authority (STA) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) of the Australian Apprenticeship
Relevant RTO recommendation
All on-and off-the-job training requirements monitoring
Eight weekly visits, including training record book checks with the apprentice and employer
Twice-yearly performance appraisals
Provision of performance counselling, as required
Provide expert consultancy for attraction, retention and ongoing management of apprentices and trainees
