Job seekers and employers to get the employability skills and support they need for a modern workforce

Job seekers and employers will have access to the workforce solutions expertise of IntoWork Australia (INGT Ltd), and their skilled delivery partner AGA, after the Commonwealth Government entrusted them to deliver the new Employability Skills Training (EST), Self-Employment Assistance and Transition to Work (TtW) contracts.

Mr Poul Bottern, IntoWork Group CEO, said helping people gain the skills and confidence to get job ready and secure a job has been part of AGA’s and IntoWork’s DNA for more than 40 years.

“It’s wonderful the Commonwealth Government has given us the opportunity to equip young job seekers with the support, employer linkages and resources they need to gain sustainable work whilst providing employers with the skilled workers they need when they need them”, he said.

Mrs Nicole Broe, AGA CEO, said from 1st July 2022, AGA will provide a tailored, personalised service for job seekers to find and keep meaningful work across a range of contracts including:

  • Employability Skills Training – in the Murray and South East region in South Australia
  • Self-Employment Assistance – in the Gippsland region in Victoria
  • Transition to Work – in the North Eastern region in Melbourne, Victoria
