What is Transition to Work (TtW)?

Funded by the federal government, TtW helps young adults (aged 15 to 24) develop practical skills to help them get a job, as well as ongoing career development support.

What we do:
  • Identify your skills and strengths
  • Give you access to free professional training
  • Connect you to real-world, local work experience opportunities
  • Employment coaching and mentoring

The bottom line? We help you get job-ready in the industry of your choice.

Are you eligible?

To be eligible for the TtW program, you must be:

  • 15–24 years old
  • Living in the North East region of Melbourne
  • Looking for work or thinking about study
  • Keen to develop skills for employment
  • Ready to increase your employment options

Work experience maybe available through consultation with your dedicated consultant. This gives you the opportunity to show your skills to a potential employer.
Definitely not, we work with many people from different backgrounds. We all have transferrable skills, even if we don’t have formal qualifications. Our job is to identify those skills and get you into the workforce.
