Introduction to Customer Service

This engaging program is designed to give participants an introduction into the world of administration and customer support. You’ll learn though practical experience and training from qualified industry experts about what it’s like to work in businesses in administration and customer support roles as well as understanding what the traineeship experience looks like. The program covers topics such as customer service fundamentals, personal work priorities and teamwork. At the end of the course, you’ll have an insight as to the potential pathways to get started in this career.

The Introduction to Customer Service Program is a four-day program delivered both from our campus facilities, or at a location arranged through one of our employment services partners. This program is offered both as a public program and though partnerships with employment services providers.
Included within the program is: BSBOPS304 – Deliver and monitor services to a customer.
This course can potentially lead into one of our traineeship opportunities in BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business.
