Traineeship – Workplace Based & Online / Block Release

This course is delivered as a traineeship and requires employment. We can help you connect with employers. The training includes a blend of online sessions and workplace based learning, meaning you can earn while you learn and advance your career straight away. Course details may change according to industry and regulatory standards. You’ll have access to our online Learning Management System to access training and theory assessment content and are required to have access to a laptop. Assessments are completed with a combination of written questions, practical assessments, role plays and Observations in the workplace.
  • You must be 18 years of age or above at the time of application or have parent/guardian permission to enroll. Separation from secondary school evidence may be required.
  • Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you’ll be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training review to determine your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.
  • Students obtaining a ‘Competent’ result for all units studied will be issued a ‘Qualification’ – BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business issued by AGA. Should a student not complete the full qualification, a ‘Statement of Attainment’ will be issued for the units which the student is deemed ‘Competent’
  • If you withdraw, you’ll receive a Statement of Attainment for the units you’ve successfully completed.
  • To facilitate structured face to face delivery away from the your workplace, training will be on site at Deer Park, Warragul, Bairnsdale and Korumburra.
