Julie joined our board in 2019 after working in senior roles in private and publicly owned retail property, local government and community sectors.
Her chaptered history means she’s able to provide valuable insights in management, business, consumer marketing and infrastructure development.
Julie is also Chair of Dandenong Market Pty Ltd, a trustee member for the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust, a non executive director at Dianella Community Health and Marriott Support Services.
She’s a member of the retail committee for Property Council, vice president of Caulfield South Community House and a judge and mentor for Tourism Victoria and National Marketing Awards.
Damian recently retired after 36 years as a CEO and industry leader in the disability sector, He worked in the international, national and state sector advocacy as a member of sector peaks in disability and telecommunications.
His career highlights include host of the 4th World Congress on Mental Health and Deafness and was recipient of the CEO of the Year and Industry Awards.
Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management and Vocational Education and Training and has held senior management positions in the manufacturing, food processing and TAFE sectors in NSW and Victoria.
Amanda is deeply committed to creating pathways for young people to expand their capabilities and reach their full career potential.
Over the last four years, Amanda managed a boutique human resources consulting business which offers outsourced human resource services and has been a board member on not-for-profit boards, including the Tallangatta Health Service in Victoria board.
Amanda has a Master of Human Resource Management, a Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and a Training and Bachelor of Business.
Poul (MBA Hons; GAICD) joined IntoWork Australia as Group CEO in 2012 and has over 20 years experience in management and executive-level roles in community, training and employment-related services.
Poul has worked with the Board and Management Team in building IntoWork Australia into the employment, recruitment, training and community service provider it is today with over 100 locations around Australia.
He’s actively involved in various forums and peak bodies, including his role as the President of the National Australian Apprenticeship Association.
