James successfully completed his Carpentry apprenticeship in March this year, however it didn’t always come easily for James. Early in his apprenticeship, James found it difficult to hold down a stable placement due to working in a mixture of domestic and commercial environments.
Only through commitment and dedication to succeed, James was able to develop his skills both on the job and at tradeschool to become the tradesman he is today. Through his experiences, James has become strong advocate for apprenticeships as a valid employment pathway within the Sudanese community.
Well done James!
