CHC22015 - Certificate II in Community Services

This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry as community services workers who provide a first point of contact and assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

Students obtaining a competent result for all units studied will be issued a qualification. Should a student not complete the full qualification, a statement of attainment will be issued for the units which the student is deemed competent.

You could also progress to further VET studies into a Certificate IV or Diploma level courses, or go into higher education.
